Scotts Square is Wheelock Properties’ newest upscale residential and retail development adjacent Singapore’s famous Orchard Road. The development is comprised of 8 levels of above and below grade parking, five levels of retail and professional offices, and over forty stories of exclusive residential apartments. C&VE is designing an identification and wayfinding system for all of the distinct, yet interrelated, components of this new building.
