Curved, sail-like sign panels billow from a central twinned post in this wayfinding and interpretive signage program for Tianjin, a maritime city of over 10 million people located 150 km southeast of Beijing. The signage program is a component of a world-class waterfront master plan focused on a 15 km stretch of the Hai He River, the historic source of Tianjin’s origin and growth as a city.
